Yichud - Blended Family
Question
I am remarried - We are a home with 3 of my children and 4 of hers.
Question:
She has a 15 year old daughter who is troubled - she has no understanding of boundaries - i have found her in the boys room (my boys) while they are sleeping.
My wife needs to be away for 2 nights and i am concerned about yichud.
This girl doe snot sleep at night she wonders the house and streets.
I have always kept my distance as she is troubled but i am worried about these two nights.
What should i do ?
Is this a concern - do i need to ask that she sleep else where for the 2 nights my wife is away?

As long as there are two boys between the ages of 5 and 10 in the house then there is no issue of Yichud.
With regard to your wife's daughter entering the boy's room that is not an issue with Yichud rather an issue with regard to tseniyut, so it would be enough just to tell the boys for example to lock their room etc.
