Removing Hair in a Case of Discomfort

Question

Is it permissible for a man to remove hair that bothers him from private areas of his body?

Answer

Shalom u’vrachah 

In a case of discomfort, it is permitted only to shorten with scissors, provided that a noticeable length remains.
