Accompanying Students Before Prayer

Hello, is it permissible to work in the morning before prayer transporting special education students? And if one must pray beforehand, what is the halacha when sunrise is late and it is impossible to manage in time?

When it is impossible to pray beforehand, one should recite at least part of the morning blessings before work.
