Enrollment conditions for a preschool – unvaccinated child
Question
Shalom u’vracha,
I run a private preschool and I have the parents sign a proper contract between us. There is an additional clause requiring parents to inform the teacher if a child does not receive routine vaccinations, following an incident that occurred in my preschool. Since registration for the coming school year is now taking place, with God’s help, I would like to know whether, according to Halacha, I may have the parent sign that, since most people vaccinate, if, in the event that there is a situation in which a child, due to one medical condition or another, will be unable to stay in the preschool as a result of the presence of an unvaccinated child, the unvaccinated child will have to leave the preschool, and the parents will be required to pay in accordance with what is detailed in the contract in the clause “A child who leaves in the middle of the year for any reason whatsoever, including force majeure (ones),” meaning that they must pay everything until the end of the year?

Answer
Shalom u’vracha.
Before enrollment, everything depends on your decision, and you may have the parents agree to any condition you set.
